chocolate cupcakes
Ingredients
1 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp baking soda
2 tsps baking powder
3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/3 tsp salt
3 tablespoon butter,softened
1 1/2 cup white sugar
2 eggs
3/4 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup milk
Directions
1)Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).Line a muffin pan with paper-liner.
2)Sift together the flour,baking powder,baking soda,cocoa powder and salt.Set aside.
3)In a mixing bowl,cream the butterand sugar until light and fluffy.Add the eggs one at a time,mix well,then add the vanilla extract.
Add the flour mixture,beat slowly then stir the milk;mix well.Fill the muffin cups 3/4 full.
4)Bake for 15 to 17 mins ot until a toothpick inserted into the cake comes out clean.Frost with your favorite frosting.
