Puto
Ingredients
2 cups all purpose flour
1 cup white sugar
1/2 tablespoon baking powder
3 eggs
1(11 oz)can evaporated milk
1/2 cup water
2 cups cheese,shredded
Directions
1)Grease small cake or puto molds.Mix the flour,sugar and baking powder.In a separte bowl,combine eggs,evaporated milk and water.
Stir the flour mixture until evenly blended.Fill the prepared molds 2/3 of the batter and top with shredded cheese.
2)Fill a wok to boil over medium-high heat.Place the molds into a steamer basket and place over the boiling water and cover.
3)Steam about 3 mins or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the puto comes out clean.Cool on a wire rack and serve warm.
