Pork menudo

Ingredients

1 lb pork loin or tenderloin,small chunks

1/2 lb pork liver or chicken liver,small chunks

3 medium potatos,peeled and cut small cubes

1 green bell pepper,diced

1 red bell pepper,diced

1 cup peas

1/2 tsp paprika

1 cup pork or chicken stock

2 tsps fish sauce(patis)

3 tablespoons oil

3 tomatoes,diced

1 clove garlic,minced

1 medium onion,diced

Directions

1)In a pan,heat cooking oil.Saute garlic and onions.Then add pork,liver,tomatoes,bell pepper,paprika,patis and stock.

2)Cover and bring to a boil.Simmer for 20 mins or until the pork is tender.

3)Add the peas and potatoes.Cook for another 2 mins.Salt and pepper to taste.

4)Serve with hot plain rice.
