beef steak

Ingredients
3/4 kilo beef steak (about 1.7 lbs),sliced
1 tablespoon lemon juice or kalamansi
5 tablespoons soy sauce
3 cloves garlic,chopped
1 small ginger,crushed
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 cup onions,sliced in rings
4 tablespoons cooking oil
Directions
1)Marinate the beef in lemon juice,garlic,ginger,soy sauce and pepper for 30 mins.
2)In a frying,add cooking oil.Add the marinated beef and cook slow until beef is soften.
3)Increase heat for a min or until the steak is brown.
4)Add the sliced onion rings and continue to cook for another min.
5)Serve on a platter including the sauce.Then serve with hot plain rice.
