beef tapa

Ingredients

1/2 kilo lean beef (about 1 lb),thinly sliced

1/2 cup patis(fish sauce)

1/4 cup white sugar

3 tsps salt

1 head garlic,minced

1 tsp ground pepper

1/2 cup cooking oil

Directions

1)Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl.

2)Marinate for 1 hour or keep in the fridge overnight.

3)In a large pot or wok,heat cooking oil.

4)Fry the marinate beef for 15 mins or until golden brown.Then add the marinated sauce to the beef cook for 3 mins.

5)Serve hot with steamed rice or fried rice.
