stuffed pepper

Ingredients
4 large bell pepper,removed tops and seeds
1 cup brown rice,uncooked or instant brown rice
2 tablespoons tomato basil garlic (salt free seasoning)
1 lb lean ground round(beef)
1 egg,lighlty beaten
1/2 cup bread crumbs or any bread crumbs
1 jar(24 oz)low-sodium marinara sauce
1/4 cup parmesan cheese,shredded
Directions
1)Preheat oven at 350 degrees F(175 degrees C).Grease baking dish.
2)You can boil the pepper for 15 mins or until its tender or Place into a deep oven-proof baking dish.
3)In a medium bowl,combine Brown rice,tomato basil garlic(salt-free seasoning),beef,egg and bread crumbs.Blend well.
4)Stuff mixture into pepper.Pour sauce over peppers and sprinkle with cheese.
5)Uncover dish and bake for 45 mins or until peppers are tender.
